Candidate uploads their Resume on the Website
When a candidate likes a job profile they are interested in, they upload their details, fill in the formation required and press on the apply button.
Initial screening and ranking by experience
Once our HR team receives the resumes, we start filtering based on our needs. This process can take anywhere between two to three days
First Phone Call with HR & Team Lead
If you have made it past the 2nd stage, you will have a brief telephonic interview with a team lead and the HR. This helps with screening.
Submission of work samples and evaluation
Post the initial telephonic interview, you will be asked to submit past work samples. They will be evaluated by the respective team lead and HR.
Final interview with the CEO or COO
After this stage, you will be requested to come in for a discussion with the CEO or COO of the organization. This is the final stage.
Salary Negotiations and Offer Letter
Once the CEO or COO gives the final nod, salary negotiations will take place and you will be handed over a formal offer letter.
