Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive organic search traffic by conducting site audits, keyword research, content optimization, and competitor analysis.
  • Create the SEO roadmap, identifying growth opportunities, and working with content, social media and design teams to prioritize opportunities and drive SEO execution.
  • Define and evaluate SEO/Content strategy across geographies and prepare the company’s growth plan.
  • Design and implement a link building strategy for various websites across different geographies.
  • Identified and improved website crawling and indexing, page speed, user experience, and mobile-friendliness.
  • Supervise a team of SEO specialists and oversee the implementation of on-site and off-site SEO strategies
  • Set SEO performance goals and measure them using KPIs, such as organic traffic, search rankings, search     engine visibility, and click-through rate
  • Plan, develop and implement SEO strategy. Set Monthly, Quarterly, Annually SEO Goals and objective
  • Identifies SEO issues and implement solutions

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Should have a bachelors degree in relevant field.
  • BA / BE / B Tech / MBA – Marketing with mandatory “Digital Marketing” certification
  • 8+ years of relevant exposure in SEO.
  • 5+ years of experience as Senior SEO Manager, SEO Head or similar role
  • Age Limit – 38 years.

Skills & Competencies

  • Sound Experience in using the most popular SEO and Analytics, Content Marketing tool (Ahrefs, Semrush,   Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to analyze organic search and anlytics data to make specific data driven recommendations and actions
  • 5+ Years of experiences in making SEO reports, Presentation and managing SEO accounts
  • Experience in Using Project Management Tools -Zoho Projects, Jira, Trello or similar Tool is must
  • Passion for SEO and Blogging
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and WordPress
  • Define and track SEO KRA to measure the performance of the website and as well as team productivity
  • Hire and train team members in SEO and own the team and their performance
  • Up to date with digital marketing industry trends and in-depth knowledge of Google algorithms.
  • Strong data-driven orientation and analytical mindset with a focus on ROI.
  • Actively partake in the running of the department providing ideas and best practice synonymous with a high-performance team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have agility in adapting to the situation.
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers and build effective relationships.
  • Self-reliant, problem solver results oriented.

Able to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs.
